Required Specifications:
The photo must have a minimum resolution of 2500x2500 pixels.
Accepted file type: JPG (.jpg) only.
The image should be professionally taken, with good lighting and a neutral or corporate background.
The speaker should be shown from the shoulders up, with visible arms/hands, and the head and hair must be fully visible (not cropped).
Both color and black-and-white photos are acceptable.
The photo should convey credibility, professionalism, and authority.
Avoid the following:
Selfies, casual or blurry images
Photos where the face is not clearly visible
Images from personal moments (e.g., vacations, weddings, etc.)
Photos where shoulders are not visible or the head/body is cropped
Extreme close-ups where hair, forehead, or parts of the face are cut off
