Do you want to write your nominations but don't know where to start? You're on the right page! Below are some practical tips that we hope will help you.

🔎 Carefully Examine the Award Categories

Look for nominations that match your company's specialized services and significant projects. Don't hesitate to contact us to help you select the appropriate award categories.

Understand the Criteria

The evaluation of nominations is carried out by an esteemed Judging Committee, and entries will be assessed based on the information included in their submission, taking into account the evaluation criteria. Each nomination must adequately address the given criteria as defined in the participants' guide for each award.

🗃️ Gather the Information

Before entering the submission platform, we recommend systematically collecting all the information that supports your nominations: texts, graphs, financial reports, case studies, positive testimonials from clients and partners, etc. Ensure that the information is up-to-date and sufficiently presents the project or offered service.

💥 Write a Compelling Success Story

Each nomination should be a story that the judging committee will find at least interesting (always according to the criteria), if not captivating. Describe the challenges you faced, the strategies you implemented, and the qualitative results you achieved. Support your narrative with quantitative data.

✒️ Edit the Texts

The information is not enough if it is not accompanied by a well-written and understandable text. A well-edited nomination is sure to impress the judging committee.

🤝🏻 Seek Feedback from Colleagues

Before submitting your nominations, ask your colleagues to read them to get any feedback that could improve them.

💭 Understand the Purpose of the Process

Through the process of drafting each nomination, you have the opportunity to reflect on your projects and services and possibly discover strengths as well as some weaknesses. The judging committee will evaluate each nomination (benchmarking) and suggest areas for improvement. Whether you win an award or not, each nomination is an opportunity to receive valuable improvement advice.

🏆 Aiming for a Big Award?

If so, the more nominations you submit, the closer you get to one of the major awards of the event.

🐥 Take Advantage of the Early Bird

If you submit your nominations before the deadline, you get an additional discount.
