Speaker Photo Guidelines

This article explains the speaker registration process for Boussias Events, focusing specifically on the speaker photo requirements (Speaker’s Photo) requested during the completion of the registration form.

When registering as a speaker via the Eventora platform, you will be asked to upload your photo in the designated field of the form. This photo is used for:

  • the speaker’s presentation on the conference website,

  • the conference programme and communication materials,

  • as well as any promotional use before or during the event.

Required Specifications:

  • The photo must have a minimum resolution of 2500x2500 pixels.

  • Accepted file type: JPG (.jpg) only.

  • The image should be professionally taken, with good lighting and a neutral or corporate background.

  • The speaker should be shown from the shoulders up, with visible arms/hands, and the head and hair must be fully visible (not cropped).

  • Both color and black-and-white photos are acceptable.

  • The photo should convey credibility, professionalism, and authority.

Avoid the following:

  • Selfies, casual or blurry images

  • Photos where the face is not clearly visible

  • Images from personal moments (e.g., vacations, weddings, etc.)

  • Photos where shoulders are not visible or the head/body is cropped

  • Extreme close-ups where hair, forehead, or parts of the face are cut off
